Booking & Payment

Are bookings instantly confirmed online?

No. Online form submissions are availability requests only. Your booking is confirmed only after Nova Kingdom Rentals confirms availability, travel cost, setup suitability, and deposit/payment details.

How long is the rental?

Backyard/private party rentals are 6 hours. Event, school, and corporate rentals are 4 hours. Rental window is confirmed with your quote.

Are deposits required?

A booking is confirmed only when the required deposit is received. Final deposit/payment details will be confirmed with your quote or booking confirmation.

Can I book lawn games only?

Yes, lawn games can be requested separately or added to inflatable/package rentals, depending on availability and event location.

How much are bouncy castle rentals in Bridgewater NS?

Pricing depends on the rental or package. Crown Island Combo is $310, Crown Rush 42 is $450, Crown Axe Challenge is $180, and Crown Kick Darts is $160. Travel may apply after the first 15 km from Bridgewater.

How do I check availability?

Delivery & Setup

What is included in the rental?

Unless otherwise stated, rentals include delivery, setup, takedown, blower, and basic setup support. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.

How far do you deliver?

The first 15 km from Bridgewater is free. After that, travel is $0.72/km.

Do you set up and take down?

Yes. Nova Kingdom Rentals handles setup and takedown unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Do I need to provide power?

Yes. Most inflatables require access to a suitable power outlet. The blower must remain powered and running while the inflatable is in use.

What surfaces can inflatables be set up on?

The setup area must be clear, level, accessible, properly sized, and suitable. Grass is preferred. Hard surfaces such as asphalt, concrete, indoor flooring, or turf may require prior approval and additional anchoring.

What setup area do I need?

The area must be level, safe, accessible, and clear of debris, pets, fire pits, sharp objects, underground hazards, overhead obstructions, power lines, low branches, roof eaves, and other unsafe conditions.

Safety & Supervision

Who supervises the inflatable?

A responsible adult aged 19+ must actively supervise participants at all times and remain close enough to stop unsafe use immediately.

Are you insured?

Yes. Nova Kingdom Rentals is fully insured.

Can customers move or adjust the inflatable?

No. Customers must not move, re-anchor, unplug, disconnect, adjust, or take down the inflatable, blower, cords, or anchoring equipment unless directed by Nova Kingdom Rentals.

What happens if the unit deflates, shifts, or becomes damaged?

Stop use immediately and contact Nova Kingdom Rentals. Do not continue using the unit if it shifts, deflates, becomes damaged, or appears unsafe.

Weather & Water Use

What happens if the weather is bad?

Equipment must not be used during rain, thunderstorms, lightning, unsafe weather, or unsafe wind conditions. Weather-related decisions are handled for safety before or during the event.

What is the wind limit?

Use must stop if wind exceeds the manufacturer limit. If no specific unit limit is stated, use must stop at 38 km/h or earlier if conditions feel unsafe.

Do I need to provide water?

Water is only required for wet-use units or water slides. Customers must provide a water source, hose access, and safe drainage/runoff area.

What should I do before pickup for wet-use units?

For wet-use units, water should be turned off at least 1 hour before scheduled pickup so standing water can drain from pool areas, landing areas, and splash zones.

Rules & Damage

What items are not allowed on inflatables?

Shoes, glasses, jewelry, keys, phones, sharp objects, food, drinks, gum, smoking, vaping, face paint, glitter, confetti, streamers, and staining substances are not allowed on or near the inflatable.

Is Silly String allowed?

No. Silly String is strictly prohibited because it can permanently damage inflatable vinyl. Damage charges may apply.

What kind of play is not allowed?

No flips, wrestling, horseplay, pushing, rough play, climbing on exterior walls, hanging from nets, overcrowding, or unsafe use.

Can alcohol be served at events?

Events where alcohol is actively being served require prior written approval. Additional supervision may be required.

Can I use photos or videos from the event?

Customers may take personal photos/videos. Promotional photo/video use by Nova Kingdom Rentals is optional and handled through consent. Documentation photos may be taken for setup, safety, pickup, damage, insurance, or incident purposes.

Schools & Community Events

Can schools and community events book?

Yes. Schools, community events, festivals, and larger public events can request custom quotes. Additional supervision, site requirements, or approvals may apply.
