Some units may be suitable for indoor use, depending on ceiling height, entrance clearance, and floor space.

Yes. Our inflatables are commercial-grade and set up with care to help provide a safe rental experience. Safe use also depends on proper adult supervision, following all safety rules, and using the equipment only within its intended limits.

Do you provide staff to stay during the event?

Our standard service includes delivery, setup, and takedown. If on-site supervision or staffing is needed, please ask in advance and we can discuss availability and any additional charges.

What if my yard or event space is not flat?

The customer is responsible for confirming that the setup area is safe and suitable before booking. If the area is not usable at the time of setup due to space, access, slope, obstacles, or unsafe conditions, the booking may be cancelled and the deposit may not be refunded.

Can the rental period be adjusted?

Can I move the inflatable after setup?

No. Once the inflatable is set up, it must not be moved by the customer.

Can I use water on the inflatable?

Only water units designed for wet use should be used with water. Please confirm with us which inflatable is intended for water use.

Yes. Our standard rental period is 8 hours, but it can be adjusted depending on availability and the event. The minimum rental period is 3 hours. Extended rental time may be available for an additional charge.

Safety always comes first. If weather conditions such as strong wind, heavy rain, lightning, or other unsafe conditions affect the rental, Nova Kingdom Rentals may delay, stop, or cancel setup or use of the inflatable. Weather-related situations will be handled according to the booking terms, and the deposit or payment may be non-refundable where applicable.
